View education records

Use this service to view or download education records for learners that have applied to your sixth form or college.

Learners will have education records on their phones in the DfE education record app.

The service will generate a unique QR code for each learner. The learner then scans the QR code with the app to share their education record.

The service has a list of all learners that have shared their education records. You can select learners and download their education records for your Management Information System (MIS).
